Stucco Inspection involves a complete visual and thermal evaluation followed by an invasive inspection. Invasive inspection involves drilling small holes in the stucco and inserting a moisture meter. This allows the inspector to identify if there is moisture in the wood structure behind the stucco system. The inspector can also Identify if there is already a rotted condition behind the stucco system.
